The 2023 CNY Gay 5K is a community-run, family-friendly event designed to celebrate our Central New York community and raise funds for local LGBT non-profits. You can run it, skip it, walk it, dance it or sashay all the way. Will be held both in-person and virtually. In 2021 we raised over $10,000 for SAGE Upstate!
