Don’t be scared, run the family friendly Monster Mayhem 5K or Monster Mile! The 5K course and 1 Mile course are open to all runners. For the 5K, age groups are 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and 50+.
The 5K course is fun, flat and fast and will lead you along the park’s nature trail. The 1-mile course is a fun run and is a great option for those wanting to try a shorter distance.

All proceeds benefit Healthy Kids Running Series, encouraging kids to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Registration includes a Monster Mayhem T-shirt. Medals will be awarded to first, second and third place winners within each male/female age group.
