Pull out your pens and mark your calendars for the November 6th Williamsport Community Trail Challenge!
This year’s challenge will once again include unique 5k, 10k and Half-Marathon options that will test your mettle on the pristine, Williamsport Water Authority property.
New this year- Custom Finisher Medals for all events.
Time: Packet Pickup begins at 8:30 am. Race begins at 10:00 am.
Costs: 5k- $30 10k- $35 Half- $50
Once again our Community Cup is up for grabs. The organization with the largest number of participants will take home the cup. In 2019 the Williamsport Area School District took home the prize. Will your organization win it this year?
Our world has changed since our last Community Challenge and I imagine all of us could benefit from a little more time outdoors. Our committee is embracing the complexities and we will do all that we can to make this a special and safe event, while also raising a few dollars for our Salvation Army.
100% of the proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army. They desperately need the resources as they are currently helping over 400 Lycoming County families stay afloat through the pandemic. We are proud to help them help others.
We look forward to seeing you on November 6th. If we must limit total participation to 250, then we will take the first 250 on the registration site. Therefore, reserve your spot now and if you can’t make it, that’s okay-your registration will go directly to Salvation Army, and we will still print you a shirt. Let’s have some fun while helping our brothers and sisters.
