Designed to highlight the valley’s scenic beauty, this event is a chip-timed out and back course beginning at the West Branch Boat Club in Duboistown. The Sprint route features an 800-yard open water swim in the Susquehanna River, followed by a 13.7 mile bike ride and 5K run segments along paved country roads with river and mountain views. The Olympic course is a .9 mile swim, 24.8 mile bike and 10k run along the same course as the sprint race.

6:30 AM – Packet Pick-Up
6:55-7:10 AM – Swim Warm-Ups
7:10 AM Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting
7:15 AM – Sprint Race Starts
RELAYS:
Relays must include 2-3 team members! Both transitions take place in the transition area. Please report to the transition area person in charge before entering the area for your portion of the race. You will exchange your chip in the transition area. The chip must be on before leaving the area and travel the full course.
