On March 1, 2013, just fifteen miles from their destination, the English’s met with tragedy. The family of five was hit head on, by another car. The man dirving the other car was under the influence. Ryan and Karen, parents to three sons, were killed. Miraculously, their boys, Cullen, Griffin and Landon, survived the accident.
Ryan and Karen were rarely seen without their radiant smiles. They were warm, compassionate, genuine and lots of fun. While hope and peace can be found knowing that they are with our Lord and Savior, their absence in the present has left a tremendous void in so many of our lives. They had a keen sense for spotting ways to minister to others and show them love, big or small. Now we have the opportunity to pay that forward through the Love Is English Memorial 5K Run/Walk.
