You will run a 4 mile course and after each mile you will have to complete a drill.
Mile 1—1 Drill
Mile 2– 2 Drills
Mile 3– 3 Drills
Mile 4– 4 Drills then book it to the finish line!! Let’s see what you are made of. This will be a timed event and award will be given out to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place holders in each age group! Price is $15 before May 13th.
