The Scouting America (formally known as Boy Scouts of America)- Great Falls Council provides a well rounded program that promotes physical, mental, and emotional development while fostering a lifelong love of learning and adventure. We currently serve 5,373 youth council wide. We are made up of six districts within the council. Winding Rivers District, covers Bradford County where tis race is being held. In the Winding Rivers District we serve 470 Scouts and recruit year long.
Lace up your running shoes and run or walk with Scouting America! The Adventure Awaits 5k is open to all ages. You do not have to be a runner to participate. This provides a great opportunity for Scouts, avid runners, and families to get outdoors and support the Scouting program in the community. Whether you walk or run, you will enjoy the sceenary and atmosphere! The race is chip-timed by Falcon Race Timing.
