DESCRIPTION:Overall Results \nAge Group Results \nMagical Memories\, is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that ” strives to make Magical Moments and Forever Memories” happen in the lives of local children who have been diagnosed with a life threatening or terminal illness or disability that takes a toll on what most of us take for granted as a normal childhood. \nAt Magical Memories events\, the children don’t have to feel different because they don’t have hair or are in a wheelchair etc\, because many others who attend share similar issues and this day is made to be about them. This event is 100% and only possible through community support and donations. All donations are tax deductible. Magical Memories runs 100% on volunteerism so all of our donations goes directly to making memories for these children as we have NO overhead for salaries to those that run this organization. \nThis year we will be having a Hero’s Mile where we will have signs of “YOUR” heros along a mile of the race. Sign will be personalized with your information\, they can be “In Honor of” or “In Memory of” someone special in your life. Signs are $20 and yours to keep at the end of the race. DESCRIPTION:Overall Results \nAge Group Results \n75% PROCEEDS GOING TO KIEL LAMPMAN \n“Kiel’s journey started in October 2014. We found a lump on his left side and took him in for a ultrasound. They found it to be a tumor so they sent us to Geisinger to get a better scan completed. On Halloween 2014\, a time that should have been spent trick or treating and having fun was spent in the hospital getting scans and finding out that it was cancerous tumor.  \nKiel was diagnosed at 6 years old with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma\, a soft tissue solid tumor cancer. He had a very long treatment plan of chemotherapy and radiation which left him with a “broken” back. He currently has several compressed vertebrates which is why I say “broken”. He had relapsed a month off his year long treatment which is when we started another year long treatment and he had progression before he even finished the treatment. So we yet again started another treatment and found that it was not working either.  \nSo a couple months ago we started another treatment and just yesterday found that he had more progression on that treatment so we have stopped all treatments. We are currently seeking other treatments and clinical trials that may show some help to getting him better. Kiel has been through more pokes\, scans\, and pain then any child should ever face in their entire life. It is a cruel and unbearable process to endure and be a part of. Kiel lives in so much pain everyday just trying to fight for his life.  \nThis is why we need to fight for him and find a cure to get him healthy again! Kiel deserves to be a kid again and worry about kid problems not adult problems!

DESCRIPTION:Overall Results \nAge Group Results \nOur race is the perfect event for the first time runner\, as well as offering challenging course offerings for the experienced racer looking to set a PR.  This year we are offering a 5K Walk and Run\, 10k Run\, Half Marathon\, and Kids Run. The course runs through the beautiful countryside in Richfield\, PA and is great for families and team runners as well.  There is a fun kids’ run before the adult race\, which helps set our theme of “Leaving footprints for our future.” The half marathon will begin at 8 AM\, Kids’ Run at 8:45\, and the 5k and 10K will begin at 9.  A very nice participant race bag and shirt is given out to all registered by March 1st.  Join us for an event that will support the Roger Snyder Scholarship Fund for In the Beginning Preschool.  \nEvent details and schedule\nPacket Pick-Up-March 24th from 5-6 at Basom Park OR race morning from 7:30-8:30. \nThe kids’ run will begin at 8:45 and the adult race will begin immediately following the kids’ run.
